These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bip taka platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below. Please read carefully before using the service.

18+ Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use bip taka. Age verification documents are required before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts belonging to under-age persons will be closed immediately.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted one bip taka account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.
Fair Play Guarantee
All games on bip taka use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Manipulation, collusion, or the use of software bots to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits, balances, and withdrawals on bip taka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bip taka does not charge currency conversion fees. Minimum deposit is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request can be submitted against those funds.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bip taka login credentials. bip taka will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Enable two-factor authentication to protect your account.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the bip taka platform in any capacity — including registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or simply viewing game content — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification or reservation.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bip taka ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the bip taka platform and, if applicable, close your account.
bip taka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with an amendment, you may close your account before the revised terms take effect.
Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The bip taka platform is strictly intended for adults. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria before registering an account or using any feature of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute minimum — there are no exceptions.
- You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by bip taka or any other gambling platform where you have self-registered for exclusion.
- You are not a current or former employee of bip taka, nor an immediate family member of such an employee, unless written permission has been granted by bip taka management.
- You acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction, and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bip taka is lawful in your location.
bip taka operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal from your account, we are required to verify your identity and confirm that you meet the above eligibility criteria. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) may also be required.
bip taka uses automated age-verification tools and manual document review as part of its KYC process. Players who provide false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents will have their accounts permanently closed and may be reported to relevant authorities. Any funds held in such accounts at the time of closure will be withheld pending investigation.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of bip taka services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active bip taka account at any time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. bip taka will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.
- You must provide a valid, working email address to which you have full access. Account communications, including password reset emails and verification notices, will be sent to this address.
- You must provide a Bangladeshi mobile number that is actively in use. This number may be used for SMS-based two-factor authentication.
- Your account password must be sufficiently complex. We recommend a minimum of 10 characters including uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and special characters.
- You must notify bip taka support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred.
bip taka reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This right is exercised in accordance with our internal risk management and compliance policies.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bip taka are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bip taka does not charge any transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard processing fees imposed by your chosen payment provider may apply and are outside bip taka's control.
The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals on bip taka:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, withdrawals credited within 2 minutes in most cases.
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processed within one business day.
- Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Bangladeshi financial institutions.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals. Where the original deposit method cannot accept a return payment, bip taka's compliance team will review the withdrawal and determine an appropriate alternative method on a case-by-case basis.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the full KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held in a pending state until verification is complete. bip taka accepts no liability for delays in processing withdrawals that result from a player's failure to provide the required verification documents promptly.
bip taka reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion, including daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal caps, for risk management purposes. Such limits will be communicated to affected players through their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
bip taka offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all bip taka promotions:
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion's wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
- Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards the fulfilment of a bonus wagering requirement. Game contribution rates vary by product — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion's terms. Any unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds remaining at expiry will be removed from your account without compensation.
- Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another player or account.
- Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
- bip taka reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
Decisions made by bip taka regarding bonus eligibility, wagering fulfilment calculations, and bonus removal are final. Players who believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly to their account may raise a dispute through the live chat support channel. All disputes will be reviewed by the bip taka compliance team and a response issued within five (5) business days.
Section 6
Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
bip taka is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bip taka platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one bip taka account for any purpose, including exploiting welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including exchanging information about live hands in poker or coordinating bets on opposite outcomes of the same event.
- Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the bip taka platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Advantage play targeting bonuses: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of the promotion, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to funds deposited on bip taka without first contacting bip taka support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for any funds already withdrawn.
- Money laundering: Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, or using the bip taka platform to transfer, layer, or integrate such funds. bip taka has a zero-tolerance policy for money laundering and will report suspected cases to the relevant authorities.
bip taka employs a dedicated security and integrity team that monitors platform activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Advanced fraud-detection algorithms flag unusual account behaviour for manual review. Players who are found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct waive any right to dispute the resulting account action.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
bip taka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; account inactivity; or at the player's own request.
Player-initiated closure: You may close your bip taka account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Responsible Gaming self-exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from the bip taka platform for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period through our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is active, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or receive promotional communications from bip taka for the duration of the exclusion period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the specified end date are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
Inactivity: An account that has not had any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. bip taka will contact you at your registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An administration charge may be applied to inactive accounts in accordance with the rates published in our Fee Schedule, which is available on request from our support team.
Section 8
Limitation of Liability
The bip taka platform and all content, games, and services available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure that the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bip taka's total liability to any player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their bip taka account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bip taka accepts no liability for any of the following:
- Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, whether or not such losses were foreseeable at the time of entering into these Terms & Conditions.
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or from your voluntary disclosure of those credentials to any third party.
- Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law. It remains your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location.
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports data, odds, statistics, or editorial content published on the bip taka platform. While we strive to publish accurate information, errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct them without liability.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes bip taka's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of bip taka that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration.
